I needed an old dome skylight replaced, from quote to installation Scott was very professional and friendly. His recommendation of a bigger Velux window compared to another company quote was welcomed and accepted, he explained what needed to be done in easy layman's terms. Scott did a wonderful job for us. The work was done with impeccable timing (effectively between the showers on this wet period we are experiencing). The finish and quality of workmanship is to the highest standard and we are delighted with the results.
I must also mention that Scott worked so well with all the other trades and finished ahead of floor sanding and benchtop install.
In addition, Scott removed the flue and repaired the roof and ceiling from where we were removing an old wood burner.

Absolutely recommend this business. Had a skylight installed yesterday by Scott over the ensuite on my very flat roof. Two other Velux companies in the area had looked at this job and declined to do it claiming it may leak due to the pitch of the roof. We had heavy rain last night and there was no leak whatsoever. Scott's customer service from quoting to install was second to none.

Scott installed a much needed Velux Skylight in our kitchen which we totally love!! We were told by another company that installing a Velux couldn’t be done. Scott spend a couple of hours at our place, in and out of the roof space, working on a way to fit the Velux. The team was incredibly efficient and they took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions to help us maximise the light. They were very careful to protect our property during the installation process, and they cleaned up the work area completely when they were finished.
